  • I NO LONGER WANT MY ITEM(S). CAN I RECIEVE A REFUND?
    No, we don not offer refunds. You may send the item(s) back for a store credit within 14 days from the original purchase. All Exchanged are required to have the original tags attached, unworn, & unwashed. Please note- swimwear, lingerie, white clothing, sale items, and accesories are FINAL SALE, and are NOT eligible for an exchange.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT?
    Once your returned itmes have been recived and processed, we will isssue the credit within 2-4 business days. You will recieve an store credit code to the email address connceted to the purchase.
  • DO YOU PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS?
    No, we do not offer shipping labels as exhanded items are offered at the customers expense. We suggest using USPS as it is the most cost effecient shipping method.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
    No, we take pride in fulfilling orders as they are recivied to ensure they are recived on time. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it.
  • WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?
    Due to high demand, on occasions some items may be unavailable. If you order contains addtinal item, we will dispatch the remaining items and refund the out of stock item(s). -In other instances, if your billing information and/or shipping address cannot be vierifeid throguh our merchant- your order may be cancelled. in this case you will need to replace the order using alaternate payment method.
  • CURBSIDE PICK-UP
    Pick-up is available: Monday 4-6pm Tuesday 5-7pm Friday 4-8pm Once your order is plaevd wyou will recive an email notification staing your order is ready for pickup. If your order is not picked up within 7 business days, you will recive a refund less a 30% restocking fee.
